In November, actor Matthew McConaughey <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/348266\/mcconaughey-caine-elevenlabs-recreate-voices-using-ai\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">partnered<\/a> with the company to create a Spanish-language AI version of his \u201cLyrics of Livin\u2019\u201d newsletter, while fellow actor Michael Caine licensed his voice for ElevenLabs\u2019 marketplace.<\/p>\n<p>Launched in <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/153544\/ai-voice-cloning-30-languages-elevenlabs-startup\" target=\"_blank\">2023<\/a>, ElevenLabs recently <a href=\"https:\/\/elevenlabs.io\/blog\/introducing-elevenlabs-image-and-video\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow external\">expanded<\/a> into image and video tools in late 2025. In addition to McConaughey and Caine, ElevenLabs also hosts AI-generated voice replicas of <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/238226\/ai-voices-james-dean-judy-garland-elevenlabs-reader-app\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Judy Garland<\/a>, John Wayne, Babe Ruth, Alan Turing, and <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/321752\/melania-trump-uses-ai-to-narrate-her-new-memoir\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Melania Trump<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The company\u2019s Stan Lee announcement isn\u2019t the first attempt to use AI to create an interactive likeness of the co-creator of Spider-Man, the X-Men, Iron Man, and other Marvel titans.<\/p>\n<p>Last September, Los Angeles Comic Con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latimes.com\/entertainment-arts\/story\/2025-09-26\/stan-lee-ai-hologram-los-angeles-comic-con-avatar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">introduced<\/a> an interactive, AI-powered Stan Lee avatar that answered fan questions during the event. Organizers said the goal was to recreate the experience of meeting Lee at conventions and keep his storytelling legacy alive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis avatar, to us, is an entry point into the world of storytelling that he created,\u201d Chris DeMoulin, CEO and GM of L.A.
