You haven\u2019t seen the last of me\u2014now or ever.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After consulting for the NSA, Schwartz began working on the <a href=\"https:\/\/decrypt.co\/resources\/xrp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">XRP<\/a> Ledger in 2011 with Arthur Britto, Jed McCaleb, and Chris Larsen.
