JAKARTA — Digital infrastructure company Edgnex announced on Wednesday a $2.3 billion investment in developing a data center in Jakarta, the latest in a pipeline of projects in Indonesia’s fast-growing sector.
Edgnex, a subsidiary of Dubai-based property developer Damac Group, said the facility will boast a capacity of 144 megawatts, “one of the largest AI-focused developments in Southeast Asia.”
