Ether treasury company ETHZilla is looking to raise another $350 million through new convertible bonds, with funds marked for more Ether purchases and generating yield through investments in the ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ETHZilla chairman and CEO McAndrew Rudisill said<\/a> on Monday that the company\u2019s strategy is to deploy Ether (ETH<\/a>) in \u201ccash-flowing assets\u201d on the Ethereum network through layer-2 protocols<\/a> and tokenizing real-world assets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe our business model is highly scalable, with significant fixed operating leverage and recurring positive cash flow.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Ether treasury company has already earned 1.5 million in unnamed tokens<\/a>, according to the company\u2019s disclosed financials through its participation in the ecosystem.\u00a0<\/p>\n
