BRUSSELS/TOKYO — Japan and the European Union will launch a new “economic two-plus-two” dialogue to bring together their foreign and economy ministers, Nikkei has learned.
The parties will consider joint public-private partnerships aimed at reducing reliance on China in such areas as procurement of rare-earth elements.
