JAKARTA — Tanri Halim and his family headed straight to the Silver Bird executive taxi stand at Jakarta’s Soekarno-Hatta Airport after returning from Malaysia, where they had accompanied his mother for medical treatment.
“There was no hesitation in choosing a taxi service. The Bluebird group was the only option,” Halim told Nikkei Asia. Silver Bird is the executive service of Indonesia’s best-known taxi operator.
