MEXICO CITY — The Mexican government has partly lifted a blanket ban on exporting the totoaba, a large fish prized in China for its supposed antiaging properties.
Only the meat of farm-raised fish will be eligible for export. Tightened tracking will also be implemented to prevent new smuggling.
