TOKYO — Mazda Motor will fully redesign its flagship CX-5 crossover SUV, the Japanese automaker announced Thursday, hoping its voice AI and other in-vehicle tech will help offset tariff-related struggles in the U.S.
The new CX-5, the vehicle’s first redesign in eight years, will be released in Europe at the end of year, and will be sold in Japan, the U.S. and elsewhere next year.
