BEIJING — China revised a public safety law on Friday to penalize anyone who wears or forces another person to wear clothing that glorifies “wars of aggression or aggressive acts.”
The Standing Committee of the country’s National People’s Congress approved the amendment, intended to strengthen social solidarity. It takes effect in January.
