Livingston <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=mxJHBWx2lbQ\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"null\">said<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMonetary power is political power.
