The last time that the index measured so low was on April 7, when ETH\/USD traded at $1,400.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2025-09\/01998573-a37e-7ae6-bd3c-23fd04a58e79\" title><figcaption><em>ETH\/USD four-hour chart. During bull markets, ETH regularly spends extended periods in \u201coverbought\u201d territory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cETH RSI flashes extreme lows,\u201d <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/coinbureau\/status\/1971419891849888178\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"null\">said<\/a> crypto markets commentator Coin Bureau in an X post on Friday, adding that it is a \u201crare\u201d signal from Ether\u2019s price action.<\/p>\n<blockquote data-ct-non-breakable=\"undefined\"><p>\u201cFor just the 19th time in 10 years, $ETH\u2019s 4H RSI has dropped below 15 \u2014 a rare oversold signal.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2025-09\/01998573-ac92-722d-a1e6-a814fc267c74\" title><figcaption><em>ETH\/USD four-hour RSI.
