At the top end of the range, the IPO would value the company at roughly $4.3 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Figure first <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/blockchain-lender-figure-technology-ipo-filing\" title=\"null\">disclosed its public ambitions<\/a> last month when it filed confidentially with regulators, followed by a formal Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/figure-technology-files-nasdaq-ipo-in-us\" title=\"null\">filing on Aug. 18<\/a>. The latest filings indicate the company is targeting Sept. 10 as the date for pricing its IPO.<\/p>\n<p>The firm\u2019s valuation has grown since 2021, when <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/blockchain-based-fintech-firm-figure-raises-200m\" title=\"null\">a $200 million Series D round<\/a> led by 10T Holdings valued it at $3.2 billion. Recent financials show momentum, with revenues climbing to $191 million in the first half of this year.<\/p>\n<p>While Figure is now best known for its blockchain-based financial products built on the Provenance Blockchain, its origins were in consumer lending. As <a href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/gemini-crypto-exchange-s1-ipo-nasdaq-2025\" rel target=\"_blank\" title=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/gemini-crypto-exchange-s1-ipo-nasdaq-2025\">Cointelegraph reported<\/a>, the crypto exchange Gemini filed for an IPO on Tuesday, with the aim of raising up to $317 million.<\/p>\n<p>Fellow exchange Kraken is also <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/kraken-seeks-500m-raise-15b-valuation-the-information\" title=\"null\">rumored to be pursuing a $500 million raise<\/a> at a valuation of around $15 billion, with reports suggesting the company could go public in 2026.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.cointelegraph.com\/uploads\/2025-09\/01990b30-0924-7e3c-9a7f-9567a2e79f33\" title><figcaption><em>Source: <\/em><a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SMQKEDQG\/status\/1957823512334266536\" rel=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SMQKEDQG\/status\/1957823512334266536\" target=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SMQKEDQG\/status\/1957823512334266536\" title=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SMQKEDQG\/status\/1957823512334266536\"><em>SMQKEDQG<\/em><\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>In August, digital asset exchange operator Bullish staged a blockbuster debut, with shares priced at $37 <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/bullish-nyse-ipo-crypto-demand\" title=\"null\">soaring as much as 218%<\/a> on the first day of trading. <\/p>\n<p>Ahead of the offering, the company lifted its <a data-ct-non-breakable=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/cointelegraph.com\/news\/bullish-ipo-valuation-crypto-institutional-demand\" title=\"null\">IPO valuation to $4.8 billion<\/a> amid strong institutional demand. Even after the initial surge cooled, Bullish still commands a valuation of about $9.6 billion.<\/p>\n<p>That listing came on the heels of stablecoin issuer Circle\u2019s IPO, which raised roughly $1.1 billion and saw its stock more than double on day one. Circle now carries a market capitalization of around $30 billion.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, industry players are exploring alternative routes to the public markets.
