In his opening remarks at a meeting in Kuala Lumpur between ASEAN foreign ministers and their Chinese counterpart, Wang Yi, Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohamad Hasan said China is “one of ASEAN’s most substantive and dynamic partnerships.”
