BANGKOK — Embattled Thai Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra faces a key court decision next week, which could potentially lead to her removal.
The prime minister this week worked on a cabinet reshuffle, filling in the eight posts previously held by the Bhumjaithai Party, which left the ruling coalition last week. The effort to rebuild her government also deflected attention away from Paetongtarn’s mishandling of an ongoing border dispute with Cambodia.
